Default All lights but my reverse lights not working on passenger side rear

Hey I just bought a 2005 Chevy blazer zr2 they guy I bought it from said the back passenger lights were not working and he changed the bulbs.every light on the rear passenger side is not working except the reverse light (reverse light is working) the bulbs are fine I tested the ports for the bulb and they are not receiving power I’ve been ruling areas out testing wires and the problem seems to be in the fuse box area. Has anyone had problems with there fuse box? I have replaced the multifunction switch so that is not the problem. If anyone has encountered anything please let me know. Thank you!

What have you learned that tells you that the problem is in the fuse box area (so we don't have to repeat what you have already diagnosed).
