Default ANOTHER blown rear wiper motor

I replaced the rear wiper motor last year or the year before because the old one froze and did not have the power to start up anymore. As far as I know, this one is a reman motor. Today, I hit the switch to turn it on and all it does is vibrate, move a bit and get stuck. It is definitely broken. What could be wrong with this one and how do I prevent it from happening again? Should I be getting a Dorman motor from RockAuto for the $50 or buy a more expensive motor?

Also, I broke the trim panel where the screw is when I changed it last time since the glass would not open (water got into the lock switches, so I had to pull the fuse for it, which also took out the glass opener). How do I fix it? Epoxy? Also where can I get the light switch that is attached to the bracket? I also broke the tab that holds the wire into the switch.

it sounds like the gears in the motor are stripped....i would invest in a higher quality part... heres a new motor.... not a reman... http://www.napaonline.com/Search/Det...+50030+2030009
