Blazer power window problem

I have an electrical issue with my power windows, but I don't think it's the switch. Something is causing the switch to burn out.
I was driving and smelled electrical burning, then my 4 power windows were inoperable. The lock worked. On the driver side rear door, the single switch worked. The passenger side rear door single switch did not.
I replaced the driver door switch pod with a new one. The windows worked briefly. Then putting up the rear driver side window went very slowly. It made it to the top, but then I smelled burning again and now all are dead again.
Now I'm stuck and not sure how to diagnose.
Thanks for any info.
