I think they should be the same, well, minus the wires going to the back of the truck for the tails, that harness will be shorter.

 

ok well i spent the past 2 days going from junk yarrd to junk yard and finally found one that will work for me, so i won't be making a pin out diagram, but i did find one,

 

I sorta had the same problem. I switched my 2 door from manual to power by changing the harness. From my experience you have to use the same year and your PCM and BCM in order for the swap to work. I also had a 4 door donor harness in mine for a while and it was a 4wd harness it was just a little longer... Lol. But when I found the correct harness it worked great now I have power everything. I can take the dash assembly out in about 20 min now! Good luck!

 

The one hat I pulled it out of was the same year and sub model as the one that I have. Everything was the same down to the color
