Default Code 43 (and 24) on Hard Acceleration only

I've got a 1990 K5 Blazer with a 350 cu in TBI equipped engine. I used to get a code 43 before I got the main harness fixed but now I got one as I was trying to accelerate on the highway, I also got a code 24 too in that instance. If I only get a code 43 on hard acceleration is that a cause for concern? Could I somehow test the ESC module and sensor? Also is the code 24 vehicle speed sensor a dire issue as well?

Thanks.

Does your speedometer work? I believe the VSS for that year is in the cluster and is driven by the speedo cable.

The code 43 can be caused by a faulty knock sensor. I don't know of any way to check the ESC module other than "replace with known good part".

The speedometer works perfectly fine which confuses me even more, I guess both of them were false positives because I drove today and the error codes did not activate.

Sounds like it fixed itself. If only they could all be that easy...
