Default Driver Window / Power Locks not working

Have a 2000 LS 4dr RWD. Had a problem a couple months ago with the drivers window being stuck in the down position. Guessed it was a switch problem, so ordered a new drivers door switch block for windows and installed it. Chevy Blazer S10 Master Power Window & Lock Switch at 1AAuto.com with how-to installation video.
after I installed the switch, the drivers window worked for a few days, and then quit working. Also, none of the power locks work, including the lock for the tailgate. I cannot open the tailgate using either the interior button, or the key and pushbutton on the tailgate itself. I tried reinstalling the old switch, still no dice. Checked all of the fuses in the fuse panel on the left side of the dash. passenger and back windows will work from drivers location and local switches. Kind of at a loss now, not really sure what the next step is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Replaced 3 amp fuse in fuse box under hood. This fixed the rear hatch issue. However, still not able to roll drivers window. When I get a chance, I guess the next step is to check the wire run from the window motor to the switch.
