Default Electric Gremlins

Hey everybody, so ive done some research on the forums but I just wanted the opinion of the masses before I start to do in depth troubleshooting on my issues. Ive found some articles to help some of these things singularly but idk if these could be connected to each other. Im leaning towards a ground issue? To start, my airbag light is on, abs light is on, gas gauge either shows over full or past E with the gas light on, the speedo and odo do not work. The odo is stuck on 121xxx and the trip is stuck on 0.0. Ive checked the fuses, but havent really dug into this thing. Just wanted to know if im correct in leaning towards faulty grounds to start off. I saw where a short in the cruise control was causing the issue as well in one incident. What do you think? Thanks

Might be worthwhile to put a scan tool on it and access the IPC, (Instrument Panel Cluster). See if the IPC responds properly to the BCM's commands. Could just be poor solder connections on the IPC printed circuit board where the vehicle harness plugs in.
