Question Electrical problem?

My 2004 stock blazer is having electrical problems (I think), but I cannot find a mechanic who will take me seriously. I only know how to maintain my vehicle, so I could be wrong... anyone have any ideas?

My truck will have trouble starting for 2-4 days, and during that time my after market deck will not turn on. The first time I took it in, they said it was a crappy deck and that I needed a new battery. I replaced the deck and I replaced the battery. Alternator and starter tested fine.
My cigarette lighter quit working for a while, then randomly started working again. When I turn my heater on "foot" it comes out the defrost heater only. My truck also goes through a reset while I am driving it (all the lights on the dash light up, gas gauge goes to zero but the truck is still driving fine).

I highly doubt that all these problems are unrelated... anyone have any idea what could be going on?

I doubt the heater problem is related. Sound s like a vacuum issue.
And I dont think cig lighter goes thru ign sw.

Suggest you try running the engine in your driveway and wiggle and tug the underdash wiring harnesses. all the way from the IP fuseblock to well over toward the glove box. There's some key ground points in that area.
