Default Half assed horn/fuse blowing

One of the two horns quit on me. One still works but its blowing the fuse if I hold it for a few seconds. Relay? Anyone?

Thanks!

I am confident to guess that its a short or a ground problem, trace the wires for that horn and see if you can locate the problem.

Ya, we had a pretty weird winter this year .. extremely cold with many warmer days, then back to extreme cold. Shops have been telling me allot of vehicles coming in with electrical issues this spring. Ill check, thanks!

Just took a look at the horns .. yikes! That driver side one is buried behind the washer fluid reservoir pretty good. Is that where you un plug em, and right at the horn? My passenger side one is working but the driver side one is just clicking.. it kicked in the other day briefly when i was chirping them/locking doors.

Sounds like the horn itself is bad, if you can, unplug the one that just clicks, and see what happens when you hold the horn button down, see if the fuse blows still

Thanks Rich! Will I have to remove the washer fluid reservoir to unplug the driver side horn?

That I am not sure of as I have a first gen, if you are able to squeeze your hand in there if its in a tough place then no.
If you cant, you might just be able to get away with unbolting it and moving it out of the way.
