Hey guys,
I have purchased blazer headlights and didn't realize that they have a split between the top and bottom. My Jimmy's headlights is one solid piece.
Does anyone have any experience with this? Will the two pieces fit? or can they be glued together?
I know that this is a newb question.. I am doing an HID conversion and should be able to handle the wiring but before I bust them out of the box thought I would look for some assistance.
Thanks in advance.

What year Jimmy is it? What year s10 headlights did you buy? More details = more answers! Simple answer is no you cannot glue them together! No they will not work without some mods to your Jimmy. For Blazer headlights to fit your jimmy you will need to change out the core support, grill, and probably the bumper so it looks right! Then you have the issues of dealing with the wiring which isn't hard but does need to be taken into consideration. Take the s10 headlights back and either install the HIDs into your current housings (most people do this but it will give you a scattered light pattern and blind oncoming traffic) or find yourself some Envoy headlights (be prepared to spend some money on them) and swap them in to install your HIDs as they are a projector housing. Even with them there is a small bit of modding required to make aftermarket HIDs fit in them.

My vehicle is a 2003 GMC Jimmy
The headlight housing I purchased is..

I think the smart thing to do would be to suck up the purchase of the housing units ($80 housing, $80 shipping costs) and purchase stock housings.

The reason I want to replace the housing is because the existing housing is cloudy.
What I meant above by.. "suck up the purchase of the housing units ($80 housing, $80 shipping costs)"
.. is it doesn't make sense to return them. By the time I ship them the cost will be the same as the money I get back.
