headlight ground problem
I have a few questions, so my headlights aren’t working at all, not even the drl’s and I’ve replaced all the switches, fuses, and relays are all working and have power coming to them, my tail lights work as well, just my headlights don’t work, unless I jump them as you said, could it be caused by that ground relay under the dash? And is there an easier way of checking those or pulling the brb without ripping out the whole dash?

We also checked everything too and everything works except the headlights! Where is the ground relay under the dash? Could you help us please!? My daughter works nights and she needs the vehicle! Thank you!

The BRB is located above the parking brake pedal under the dash. It is a pain to get to but this should help:

As for a schematic of relays, I've attached a scan from my 99 service manual.
And no, my handle is based only on my name and not a scary car. LOL
