Default HID lights upgrade

Hey guys, I am going to upgrade my lights and I'm questioning of what is the best decision. My friend recommended me to use HID lights which is a great choice. He also gave me this site xenonpro for me to purchase. Has anyone here have different recommendations which you believe is better?

Many people think that just throwing HID bulbs in a factory housing is an upgrade but the distribution of light is terrible because the housing is designed for halogen bulbs. You will just be blinding oncoming traffic and many people will flash their highbeams at you. It is also illegal in many states if you get caught.
If you are going to upgrade to HID bulbs you should find projector housings to direct and aim the light correctly.

If you do decide to run HID bulbs, i would look into DDM tuning kits.
I ran DDM tuning HID kits in my Can Am Commander ATV High and low beams for years and they were extremely bright with the projector housings.
