Default Horn blows going through carwash

I've gotten a lot of help and humor from the members here. Thank you all. I've searched though the threads so I don't ask a question that's already been answered. I proudly own a 2000 gmc jimmy sls 2 door 4X4 with 121,000 miles and no custom modifications except nerf bars. More often than not, during the rinse at the car wash my horn will blow. It does not stop until I pull the fuse. After an hour or a day I replace the fuse and it's fine. Last wash the horn blew I pulled the fuse. When I applied the brake, the endgate glass release triggered. It also triggered when the left turn signal flashed also but not the right. When it dried out the horn was quiet when I replaced the fuse and the rear glass release didn't pop when I pushed the brake. But the power door locks stopped working. It was dark out when I started it and my gauges worked but the only light was the hi beam indicator and interior lights. No headlights, taillights, instrument or radio lights. The radio display did light after I disabled the DRL with the dome override. Brake lights and turn signals worked fine. I started it during the day and the fuel gauge went past full and pointed straight down. I turned it off and restarted the engine. Gas gauge read correctly but the speedo was pegged at 100mph. After I started rolling the speedo read correctly. Still no lights, but the left rear speaker that never worked started working. I unhooked the neg. bat. cable overnight and still have the same problems. I want to blame the BCM but I can't afford to blindly throw money at it. I'm going to drive this jimmy until I die and I'm hoping Captain Hook, Swartlik or another rock star on this site can help. Sorry this is so long, but I wanted to accurately describe the problem.
