Horn is constantly ON
As I was pulling out of the parking spot this morning my very loud horn decided it was time to wake up the neighborhood. I jiggled the steering wheel, hit the horn button and nothing stopped it. I had to disconnect the battery to stop it.
I can disconnect the horns so I can get to work, but I realize the relay will remain activated draining my battery. I have a 1986 Astro Van with no alarm system causing this. I suspect either the horn switch or the relay is causing my issue. I want to test the relay before tearing into the column, but I don't know where the relay is located. Under the dash, on the fuse panel, in the engine compartment, etc?

Thanks, Dan

Thanks for all the help (ha ha)
After pulling the fuse and lining with the ramifications of not having internal lighting and radio memory, I had a chance to put a meter to the circuit and discovered the horn button switch was the problem. a trip to the P/P will remedy that
