How do you read the dash board volt gauge?
#2
umm..... I think they are 1 volt each. Because when I have the truck off on accessorie, its at the point where it would flash they battery light, and that means it would be at 12v.
But I have a first gen with a digital cluster.

I guess the only way to be 100% sure would be getting a digital volt gauge and hooking it to the battery and mounting it in the dash.
You can also always find out by seeing what the dash is at, and testing at the battery with a DMM (digital multimeter) positive from the DMM to the positive on the battery, and then ground the DMM to the chassis (firewall ect) Not the negative on the battery
