Default I have some loose wiring in engine compartment

I have two hook ups on my 96 blazer that are just free they seem to have never been connected to anything under the hood and I was wondering if anyone knows what they are? One is has a green tip almost like it would connect to a headlight assembly but doesn't and the other is the yellow/cream color with a blue clip also looks important but not plugged in anywhere any ideas?!

Clear pictures showing the location and connectors would be very helpful. Quite possible they are for options that your vehicle is not equipped with.
