Measure to center of bumper then mark two points equidistant from center making sure they don't block signals or anything, hit those points with a punch (so the drill bit doesn't skip around), put some masking tape over them so if it does skip it's less likely to scratch everything up, drill 3/8" holes in the bumper (this may vary depending on you lights, they should say what size in the instructions), put silicon around the holes then stick your mounting bolts through, get a deep socket with extension so it can reach the bolt, tighten down, realize they aren't aimed and loosen up again, aim, tighten again, notice they shifted as you tightened them, loosen, re-aim, tighten carefully.

There may be a better way, but that's what I did (skipping over the wiring, ran the switch up to the garage door opener compartment but it's too big so I'll have to buy another sometime)

Silicon because as a collector of firearms I hate rust. Rust is my #4 worst enemy!

He drilled the bumper & bolted them there. That was in his post as well as my quote. Used silicone too .... personally I'd sand off the burrs, prime & paint then seal it just so 3 years down the road they don't bounce out due to corrosion.
<edit> as to what wyzarrd said I wouldn't try a 3/8" hole 1st, make a 1/8" or whatever you have handy around that size pilot hole 1st, then step up. The bumpers are a higher carbon steel & 3/8" for a 1st hole isn't as easy as a 1/8".
The aiming & re-aiming & doing it again a few nights later as you've driven it... yeah that's bang on! Always have to play to find the sweet spot you're comfortable with while not offending other drivers.

lmao ... reminds me of a joke: why is a bride always smiling? because she knows she's given her last bj. I'd try to post pics of my former job but uh NO, I'd be booted for sure lol

<edit> my last job & bj's has nothing to do with me personally! Saying that in case Sarah (my gf) peruses these pages lol
