Key Stuck in Ignition! After Replacing Radio
I just finished replacing the stock radio on my 98 Blazer 2dr auto, and the key is stuck inside the ignition. I can turn the key to turn on the power and the engine starts with no problems, however, it won't turn back far enough to release. It won't turn back to the last position where you can pull it out. Any ideas?
PS-The transmission is firmly in park.

Hmm well this is the first time it's done it, and the person in that thread describes it as an "occasional" issue, so I think I'll play around with it. But is there any security lock system that could've been tripped when I was installing the new audio system? (the battery was dis/reconnected a few times)
So now the key will turn to the lock postition, but it still won't release. At least now I don't need to disconnect the battery to prevent it from going dead. I'd still like my key back though!
It let go overnight... Hopefully it doesn't do this again.
