Okay cool lol I actually have some left over from the last set of headlights that I HID Projector retrofitted Used it to reseal the assembly when I put the lens back on.

Which I also WANT to to do the Blazer headlights one day too

That looks pretty good. We used that stuff to build the seal but I still had to bend the top corner of the door out abit. it held the door out from the mount so the inside seal didn’t seal anymore, so rain and car wash would drip in lol

Well I applied some of the butyl rubber today and got the weather stripping to build up a little. Got the driver's side completely quiet, the passenger side is still noisy though, but I need to replace the hing pin bushings. So I'm going to do that before I mess around with it any more. But just having the driver's side quiet again is a HUGE relief lol

Ya it takes abit but so much quieter once it’s all sealed and it looks clean with those mounts

Well I finally got rid of ALL the wind noise

Replaced the door hing bushings on the passenger door yesterday, so today I beat the brackets into submission lol. Just the edge of them was keeping the door from fully pressing against the seal. After hammering on them a little and bending the offending area in some, they don't interfere with the door closing at all and she's silent inside once again Maybe I'll really test the seal this weekend and wash the darn truck lol

The touchless car washes are the best to test for leaks I always find one lol
