Would be in that vicinity... on mine it was below the radio, and left of the ashtray under the panels.... if his is a RHD they should be below the radio and right of the ashtray behind the panels..... if everything is opposite as a LHD Blazer
I'll find out Saturday. LOL
I actually don't recall seeing the relays below the radio when I took it out a while back. But then I wasn't looking for relays either.
I do recall some silver thing somewhere close to the steering column - not sure.
And yea, Being opposite doesn't mean the parts hidden away HAD to move - after all my left & right head lights are opposite but who would know they're actually different? LOL

Nope! No evidence of any relay - or what looks like a relay - I've searched for the usual silver container type & the little black type - nothing!
I've had the blinkers going & followed the sound which is in the hazard switch. When I unplug the hazard then blinkers do not work.
I'm thinking the green unit attached to the hazard is the relay for both or the blinkers run through this unit.
I'll have to ask the Chevy guys to help out here
This is what's inside my dash:
Behind glovebox

Behind Radio & heater controls

Showing hazard switch

Behind instrument cluster

Behind light roof light switch & dimmer

The hazard & turn flasher is one in the same on the newer trucks. On the LHD models, the flasher is mounted just to the right of the large connector shown in the first picture you posted above, but in your picture, the whole mounting panel is flipped so the mounting location would be on the left in your picture where there currently is a loomed harness coming out.
Here's a picture of the flasher module from my old '00 Bravada; it's held in by the green strap:

Def nothing there Kyle. All that's there is a green connector. I unplugged it & it did not seem to do anything. Blinkers & flasher still work.

I'm beginning to suspect it's hidden behind the grille or in the engine bay somewhere.

The location I was referring to was off to the left of the large connector in your case. It looks like that bracket is flipped for the LHD...
But after re-reading this whole thread, you may be looking for something that isn't there. The flasher module does both turns & hazards, but the hazards use a circuit within the flasher module. You could try modifying your current flasher by disconnecting the 2nd leg down on the chip as shown in the image I just took & edited of a stock flasher (attached). Disconnecting this pin should eliminate the bulb check functionality used in for the turn signals.
