lights flickering after HO install

Any place that is dry, pretty much. Alot of people just mount them on the fire wall or the wheel well inside the engine bay.

but i can't get my tools down there to screw it into the inner wheelwell. i was told that firewall location thats free has airbag wires behind it and its not such a good idea to mount it there. true false?

I'm not familiar with the 2nd gen engine bays. But on my 92 there is a lot of places that you could bolt something like that too. You mean you can't get any tools on the top of the wheel well? I didn't think the engine bays were that tight... If it has to stay in the back I'd say just run them like amp wires under the kick panels but if you need a 270 amp alt you probley already have 1/0 or 2/0 gauge wire there.

I'd go out and look at mine to get some ideas but it's at my mechanics house.
