Default Lights not working

I have a 97 s10 blazer. The problem I'm having is that my tail lights, brake lights, blinkers and reverse lights won't work. Also don't have any blinkers indicators on the cluster. Any help would be appreciated TIA. Also have random wires hanging down that idk what there for included in pics

Welcome. Those dragging wires are for a trailer lighting plug. Those exposed wires touching each other are causing a short that has more than likely blown some fuses. Even if your fuses are not blown, they are creating a path of less resistance so the bulbs won't illuminate.

Cut those wires and crimp caps on them. There are wire caps with built in heat shrink to keep moisture out. You can use regular caps if you tape them real good with electrical tape. Check all your fuses and bulbs if they still don't work after your repair.

Or buy a trailer wiring plug and splice it onto a good, non road rashed, section of the dangling wire. It's going to be under your truck so make sure all your connections are sealed. Then secure it behind the bumper so it won't drag on the pavement.

Ok so I found a trailer wire plug laying around. Got all the wires matched up n wired together and had 2 left over a bright green one and a small white one. Also replaced all the fuses. Got the reverse lights to work but still no brake tail or signal lights. What else could be wrong. Also it currently doesn't have a headlight switch but somehow the headlights still come on when you start the truck. Also the indicator on the dash for the brights stays on
