Default Loose Fuse Assembly

I love my 1997 Blazer. However, recently I have had problems with something causing a power draw, which in turn kills my battery after a few days. I narrowed the problem down to the RDO BAT fuse. I stuck my multimeter leads in there on dc current and found it drew around 7 milliamps. However, like an idiot when I jammed my leads in there I really loosened the fuse assembly so much that I cant stick the fuse back in!!!

Its really loose and I tried pushing it back with no avail. Am I screwed?

I figured it was probably the Radio causing this power draw so I disconnected it and felt I should probably deal with this fuse issue. I need to get it fixed soon because Im probably going to be PCSing from this area to go to another base.

Thanks in advance for any help or experience on the matter.
