More lights= big 3 or HO alternator? HELP PLease!
Here's the Blue Sea fuse panel I ordered (with the cover removed). I'm probably going to end up installing this somewhere in the cab, since the engine compartment doesn't give me much space, although there is a spot along the firewall where I could put it, I suppose, although it would be a little bit of a pain in the *** to get to if I needed to change a fuse, and I'll mount it with #8 sheetmetal screws.

I plan on running 4AWG from the battery to it, with an inline fuse on the positive side.

Hey thanks man but I think that's going to be on hold for now just got a new problem, grinding noise from front right wheel, probably wheel bearing or cv joint, and it axle I have no idea and it's really loud. This think is turning into a money pit trying to fix it
I'd do the big 3 upgrade with an alternator from a full size Chevy (ad244). These two will do the job for you. Plus a used ad244 is a heck of a lot cheaper than a ho alternator. You can find them for around $50 or $60 in pretty good shape. If you're looking for "TRUE" to gauge wiring, get KnuKonceptz wiring from either eBay or from their website. Their 0 gauge wiring is true to size unlike some of the other brands out there. Also, a quick note if you do decide to do the ad244 alternator upgrade. You will need about an inch longer belt than what you have on there now. Just a heads up.
