Default need help identifying a wire harness

Ok guys,I've got a 1989 s10 blazer 4.3.i bought it in 2003 and this is the first year I've had ac in it. My blower motor is not blowing very hard at all,and I'm slowly working out kinks to get it right. There is a wiring harness behind my glove compartment where the blend door is,two wires, red and black. I remember hearing some time ago those harnesses are notorious for melting and disrupting the current on high to the blower motor. I have found one end of the connector, that runs behind the radio towards driver side and I'm assuming runs to the motor, but I can't locate the harness it plugs into. I also can't locate the wiring on any diagram to figure out what it is and where it goes. Is it a ground,a hot or both? Where does it run to? Any help is appreciated as I'm running out of ideas to get my ac to blow hard

Factory wiring diagrams can be found in the subscriptions at AllDataDIY. It should end up being either the high blower relay or the blower resistor if you have all speeds but high. Both of these parts are under the hood items.
