The lens cap on one of my License Plate Lights for my S-10 Blazer keeps falling off. I bought a new lens but cant figure out how to put it on. It has a clip on the top, and a clip on the bottom. They cant be pushed in without breaking the bottom clip. Not sure if I am supposed to twist it or what.

Can anyone help?

Are you supposed to take the little housings off of the bumper before installation?

 

The entire lens and housing are one piece. It is the white housing under the grey lens that I cant get to stay. There is a clip at the top, and another at the bottom. I cant get both clips in, just one, so the lens cap sometimes wobbles out.

It wont fall out completely since the light fixture is attached, but I cant get the lens assembly to stay securely in.

 

I have the same problem have you figured it out?
