Default No Brakes/Hazards always Blink

96 Chevy S-10 Blazer

After reading many threads my problem sounds familiar to others but a few differences as well. I started hearing a noise like my hazards were on even when they were off. Next day I was told I had no brake lights not even the top one. If I push the brake pedal the "blinker noise" stops but starts as soon as I take my foot off. Checked all the fuses, the brake switch, and the relays all are fine. And the bulbs. Thinking it is the malfunction switch however someone also mentioned a ground wiring issue. Any thoughts or help?

Thank everyone in advance and I apologize if this is repeating another search.
