noises

does anyone know how to kill the chime noise wen u turn the headlight switch on wen the blazer is off this is a 98

also there is another one i cant think of thats just as annoying wen on.

When the keys are in the ignition and the door is open my 96 also makes that awful noise!

and you dont know of a way to disable it completely lol???

Well if when the switch is is closed and the circuit is complete then you just need to connect the wires together to complete the circuit. Thats if thats how the system works.

I thought there was a way to find the chime under/behind the dash and remove it, or unhook it. I know they can be changed to a different better sounding tone.
