Oil gauge goes beyond Max when I start it

I'm going to take it back in hopefully today see if they will check out there own handy work on the other note I don't know if the trim is aftermarket but I can show you a

It's about a 20 minute drive to the shop if the oil pressure was that high I would feel/hear/notice something right?

Not unless the oil filter/hoses/oil cooler explode or start leaking. Don't worry - 99%+ it's not real oil pressure. There is a bypass spring in the oil pump that prevents it, and this happened right after a repair.

That's a nice looking blazer! First one I seen like that... seems they made a lot of "specials" not advertised...

You could also crawl to the back by distributor and disconnect the sending unit. If you still have oil pressure you will know that a wire got pinched. I got my distributor wire when I changed out the mtor and cut them off.

I've run into 2 of these at the junk yard over the years, and saw one on a facebook S10 group.

At first, I thought someone had some extra time on their hands. And love for their truck.

But alas, it was some sort of special trim option....would love to know more about it.

ompany called waldoch buys new vehicles and puts the trim on now when I look for parts I don't know what trim say
