Default Power Window, Heater motor, ...

Here is my problem, I have a 97 Jimmy 2 doors and since febuary, it happens some time my heater motor stop working and got back on later in the day. Now it's my driver side window that doesn't work anymore and my heater fan also since 4 weeks without any come back. It also happen that my truck run pinging at low rmp while climbing a hill at 55 miles per hours likely if I had a torque issue

I've read on this form stuff about bad ground or ignition switch that can cause all these problem, is there any fast testing for bad ground or by changind the switch is the easiest way to find out my problem

Can I remove the elextrical motor of my window and have a manual handle in replacement? It seems that my problem isn't my ignition switch but the motor itself and I dont want to replace it
