Default Volunteer Firefighter Lighting

Hey All,
I'm a volunteer firefighter and recently purchased a 2000 4door blazer. i'm looking put lights and a siren on it, but just wanted to get some ideas first. i know the siren setup i'm going with and where i want to mount the switch control head, but i'm having trouble deciding on what lights to go with. I'm a smidge on the OCD side and want everything to be and clean and indiscrete as possible. i am staying away from a lightbar for this reason. i would like to make it so you can hardly see the lights, from outside or in, until they're on. i have some ideas already but i'm still open to suggestions. thanks for anything you can offer!

P.S. i'm also doing this on a budget (but isn't everyone?)

OK 2 emergency lighting threads in the same week is very freaking odd! lol

Check out https://blazerforum.com/forum/genera...-set-up-39795/

I plan on tackling this one day with an amber kit. The reason why im using amber is I use my dads s10 pickup with a code 3 light bar to escort our heavy wide equipment.

Id like to use the blazer too so i was planning on putting some in the grille and the rear glass. Not much but I hope this helps you. Also I Do like to help people on the side of the road sometimes so its best to have them also.

Either a bar at the top of the windshield or visor lights sound like what you wanting.
(Google search I don't endorse any of these. Just so you get an idea)

Visor light

Windshield bar

Personally I have a sho me mini light bar on my roof. Clear lens and led so its not as noticable. I also run leds behind my grille and have lights in my offroad bumper that wigwag. Since I jacked my blazer up I have people tell me they see the grill and bumper leds before the roof bar.
