Default Projector Headlights

Does anyone know where I can get them for a good price? I like the black ones also.

Do you have to get HIDs for projectors?

Anyone have any brand recommendation for the projector headlights? I bought some from ipex on ebay, looked like these but the black version: CHROME 98-04 Chevy S10/Blazer Halo Projector Head Lights+Bumper Turn Signal Lamp | eBay and the fit was terrible. It was impossible to fit the hid bulb in without cutting at the headlight and even then the hid had a rod running down its side which caused there to be a big shadow in the light from the headlight. Seeing other's pics from their ebay projectors it makes me wonder whether it had to do with the bulb, H1 for these headlights, or the headlights themselves.

EDIT: Looking back through all the pictures, I believe the ones that use the 9005 for the projector low beam provide the better lighting. It seems that Rottidog's use 9005 and his have a pretty even pattern. Again this is just my conclusion and may be wrong. And no you don't need HID lights if you get projectors, you can stick to halogen and it would be simpler to just do that.
