A problem just popped up that I need some help with!

'98 Blazer, 4x4, 4.3 w/ Auto
Power Windows / Doors / Seat

So when I first bought my Blazer I had an issue with my dome lights staying on. I pulled the bulb initially but eventually disconnected the door switches. I never really cared as I had the lights you could turn on with the buttons above.

So later I installed an aftermarket radio. It worked as it should. When I shut the key off it would stay on, but when I opened the door it went off. I never had an issue until last week when I was putting the stock radio back in to sell it. After I shut the key off I noticed the radio stayed on- even with the door open. I pulled a couple radio fuses to see if it would help, nothing did. (It would shut the radio off, but it wouldn't solve the issue.)

I ended up pulling the RAP? fuse under the hood. It solved the issue. Radio still works, but it shuts off with key. This would be great but it also disables the power seat. This is the ONLY issue I have found by pulling the fuse. Everything else works. (I couldn't tell if the dome lights do as my switches and bulbs are pulled.)

Any input on how to fix this with the RAP fuse in?

 

I just put the fuse back in to move the seat...

Now the radio turns off with the key. (Which i'm fine with.)
Any idea what the issue is? Lol.
