Default Rear power Window

I bought my 91 Blazer a couple months ago. It sat for most of that time. I went to drive it to the mountains in the snow yesterday. Was gonna throw the dog in the back. The rear window wont roll down. The switch is good. But it appears there is no power to the motor. Im not much for wiring or electrical repair. I think the wires were cut under the rear of the truck when they replaced the rear bumper. Any way to single out where the power is supposed to come from? I need the window to go down so I can open the back door. Thanks

its been a while since i had a k5 blazer with electric windows. but i remember just running my own wires to the back as that truck was a wiring nightmare. you should be able to take off the access panel with the door closed which is a good thing. the motor should have two wires going to it. the motor it self grounds to the tailgate and if you power one wire it goes up and the other goes down, really simple wiring.

over time too the tailgate might not be grounded anymore if the hinges are really rusty. probably want to run your own wires back there and try to manually jump the motor to get the window down that way you can at least work on it with the gate open
