Rear Wiper Motor not Running

2001 2 Door w/4.3
Rear wiper won't run. Fuses and relay are OK. Any assistance with schematic / trouble shooting would be appreciated.

I have same problem, which fuse did you check? How did you check the relays? Thanks.
