Default Replaced Ignition Switch and gauge Cluster 2000 Blazer LT 4.3

It all started on the 6th of Feb. I was driving home and my car was losing power and finally shut off, here it was my EGR valve elbow tube that broke off and was blowing hot exhaust on my wiring harness... My dad is a mechanic and he came and towed me to his garage, he saw the wiring harness and one by one cut and spliced them and added new wire and wire butt plugs, one by one...

That worked but gave us error codes PO740 p0452 po785 p1860, he also fixed the EGR valve tubing, and from those codes and other friends he asked they suggested switching out the ignition switch. So I bought https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000EQS0J8 and he swapped it out and it started up easier but then the gas gauge, RPM, gear selector, and odometer weren't working.

My dad talked to a guy that is really good in our area for electrical problems, he suggested replacing gauge clusters and body control module at a junk yard replaced the gauge clusters fixed the RPM, speedometer, and the rest on the gauge cluster.

With the Body Control Module I bought today it won't start but when we hook in the old one it starts up and idles fine all other electrical issues are fine and it shifts fine BUT when you give it any gas it wants to act like it's out of gas, fuel pump is reading pressure at 54 so we know it's not the fuel pump any suggestions would be great I will be up for awhile and will check tomorrow before we work on it again.

I don't want to keep buying parts and it not work, I'm on a low income at the moment, this really hurt and I had to sell some things I didn't want to sell but I need a vehicle, no public transportation where I live... Any help will be appreciated, thank you in advance.

54psi is far too low and WILL cause problems, guaranteed. Take Doc's advice: read the article and do the tests, then post all 4 readings and we can analyze them for you.
