Replacing positive battery cable ??

Default Replacing positive battery cable ??

Any tips on doing this or is it a no-brainer ?? 98-Blazer

my question is why the whole cable, do you mean just from the + of the batt to the alternator, or is it the whole cable period.

just unbolt and replace very simple..... if you are replacing id buy a bigger gauge cable especially to replace the puny one between the alternator and battery...

the whole cable assembly #15321065, I think there are three leads from the main cable

when i swapped it up for my s10 i just used a terminal extention and made my own wires for them using bigger gauges.made a bit of dirrence ( lights no longer dimmed after every thing was on , stereo, electric compressor, a/c ).........

yes sir forgot to mention go 4 gauge or better....thanks for chiming in on that part
