I recently did a swap from column shift to floor shifter console. Can anyone tell me is the lock solenoid in the column the same for compliment shift amd floor shift. When I try and look up the part. I only find one part and it says column shift on parts store lists. I removed all the parts from the column shift and installed the floor shift column plastics. The only thing that doesn’t work like oem is I can turn off truck and remove key in gear. I’d like to figure this part out as well. I’ve read for hours on this. Searching doesn’t give me the answer to my question or the topics dead end with no answer. Appreciate any helpful info. And please don’t guess. That doesn’t help me or anyone else searching for info.
