short draining the battery

Default short draining the battery

I have a 1990 s10 Blazer with a short we have id the circuit and it is on the fuse marked horn/dm how do I get a electrical diagram and then track it down. please help

There's a light in the glove compartment tied into the dome light circuit that could stay on and drain the battery if the switch on the door is broken. Pull the glove box light bulb and see if the drain goes away.

Mr nuts (my son thought that would be funny) you were correct the glove box was broken around the time this started we had a .26 drain on th bat . with the bulb out it droped to .01 which we will se if that's ok. so thank you very much.

Very welcome, your son is right . Anything .05 and under is acceptable.
