strang blinker ?????

so I have a 2000 chevy blazer that i have been working on lately the guy i got it from said that somtimes it just wont start and other times it would. figured out that as the fuel pump being bad and am driving it now.
now i notice that when i use the right blinker in the day time the radio lights dim out and at night if i hit the brake pedal the head lights, dash light, and dinger thing all come on wile the key is not in the ing. any ideas on this would be helpful

Sounds like a short somewhere, I would start by checking all the bulb sockets on the passenger side (the blinker bulbs) I had this problem on my 94, the previous owner could not get a bulb out because of not using dialect grease and part of it broke and was making connection across both positives for parking and blinker causing a short. I would start there.
