Hi guys, just bought this 2001 Chevy Blazer and I'm trying to fix all the things wrong with it. - runs good so I have been fixing up the interior... Just finished fixing the damned door handles. Last owner broke both of them and the door panels got broken and nearly torn off the door. Next is replacing the door hinge pins.

QUESTION -- At night should the 'REAR DEFROST" button be illuminated ? Also, should the 2WD lamp be illuminated ? Plus, when I open the door at night, should the overhead lights come on? mind do not. If I push the "DOME OVERRIDE" button, the light come on under the dash and thats it. I know these are silly questions, so thanks for the help. I'm over 60 and I'm getting a kick out of going to the scrapyard for parts to fix up this SUV. Makes me feel like a teenager again ! lol Thanks for any advice. Dan :-)
