id like to get h.i.d. headlights after christmas and my blazer is a 1996 but i converted the front end to a 1998 blazer front end. now when i turn on the blazer and the running lights are on all four of my headlights are on but they are really dim like its supplying less voltage but my highs and lows work fine and only one bulb in each headlight is on at a time. my question is will all four lights be at full brightness with just my running lights on or will they be dim like my normal running lights or will they even work at all?
