I have LEDs in my signals and they are plenty bright. If you spend $2 on an LED, it won't be bright. Mine were around $20 each. I have a video that shows how they look with the DRLs to give you an idea of how bright they are. You should also replace your flasher with an HD flasher. No point in messing around with wiring resistors up.
