Been lurking on this page for a while now leading into my purchase of a 2005 ZR2, lots of great info on here.

Im just curious if I can wire a lightbar into my existing fog light switch to have both the lightbar and the foglights on at the same time? Does anyone know the wiring diagram for the fog light switch? It would be a shame to have to drill a hole into the dash somewhere to mount a switch.

 

I don't have a wiring diagram, but you definitely can use the fog light switch to trigger a relay for a light bar. Do not try to power it directly from the switch, or even from the fog light circuit. You just need to do a bit of testing with a multi-meter to find the appropriate wire at the back of the switch to use as your relay trigger. A bit of basic wiring after that and you're in business.
