My propertys payed off with the house

I just have a small loan i need to pay to a good friend of mine but hes so patient

Imma end up sneaking a little extra money in there

In maine they can come after you for the difference in the appraisal value of the home when sold at auction and the amount owed on the mortgage... not likely to but still a chance they will... but they only have two years to.. time will tell
