Customer service?
I have to rant and rave. Its been one week since i shelled out $74 for Fabtech Lift Shackles. I have no tracking numbers. they didnt ship until the 5th so ive been told. Iam not going to mention the name of the place of which whom i getting some awesome customer service from. they have pretty much lost my business for ever.

So you purchased them on Dec 1st and according to the company, they shipped out on the 5th? I just sent some stuff via USPS and paid extra to get the delivery confirmation (tracking #) However if you paid for the cheapest shipping option, it's very possible that there might not be a tracking number.
