thats weird my friend has had ddm HID's in his bmw for like 2 years and they still work great. I've had mine for almost a year now and they get wet and the ballasts have fell out and god knows what else happened to them and they still work great.

I too have a buddy who has them in a BMW. He showed me the site and ordered them for me because I didn't have a credit card. I don't know why they went bad, I had my friend who is a mechanic and has his certificate for audio installations(idr what its Called) and he said that I had put them in right and everything. So no idea what went wrong, maybe a bad set who knows. All I know is that In out 45 is shipping and they lost customers.

wow $45 for shipping? thats how much I paid for mine. thats not the only bmw parts seller that has bad customer service. bavtoys.com also has really crappy customer service
