lol ive done it with my blazer for my buddys geo ...works but driving in reverse and making sure not to go to far away and loose the cables and staying strait..somewhat strait ....very tricky lol

gives on coming cars something to look and point at though lol

can always start truck then pull the battery and pop it in theirs, take theirs put it in yours and charge it that way
