If you do oil and filter every 3 grand whether it needs it or not, you probably won't need to worry.

Alright, well we've always taken it up to 5k until we got oil change, I'll probably just cut down to 3k or so for the Blazer since that's what everyone seems to be saying is best. Not like it's too expensive to do. Thanks man.

If you guys have a local Kragen by you, you should look at the weekly deals. Every time I need a change I can get 5 quarts of mobil1 synthetic with a mobil1 filter for around 29.95 + another quart (sucks having a v8)

I've never heard of a Kragen. Westminster is fairly near Frederick, but far enough away that they'd have one there without me knowing it, so Thomas might? That's a pretty nice deal though man. I was driving by this Midas in town though, $25 for an oil change, tire rotation, and like 2 other things but I forget now.

MD isn't even listed in their store locater. Not uncommon to be left out in the cold by auto stores around here!
