Default Finally getting some snow!

Well theres a snow storm passing thru as I speak. Looking to get 14" by tomorrow morning. By the way it looks we might get more. I took these picks 20min ago. Theres about 10" on the ground now and still falling. The truck has only been sitting for little over 3 hours and it has about 4" on top. I will be taking lots of pic's in the morning, when im out having some fun. Let me just say the smart trak AWD system on the truck kicks @ss. Tried everything to get it to spin out and it just kept trecking thru.

I love the AutoTrak system on our Jimmy. Any sign of slippery roads and I engage it just to be safe. I was on the highway last week and I didn't realize that it was a sheet of ice until I tried to accelerate and almost turned the truck right around. Once my wife stopped freaking out I reached over and pressed the Auto 4x4 and carried along like the roads where fine. It was great coming to intersections and leaving everybody behind spinning like crazy while I drove off like it was dry pavement. :-)

Love the snow, but my 4WD syste crapped out on me two weeks before, I was still out yesterday driving in 2WD and was STILL toasting the cars.

We got about 1.5 feet.

Was going right through the snow till I decided to try to get through a drift of 2+ feet in front of my house.

My Blazer was on like top of a plateau of snow, its wheels were practically off the ground lol.

Fun times.
